Ce livre nous donne de précieux repères pour concevoir l'animation et la mettre en oeuvre, en se fondant sur une longue expérience et les travaux de quelques théoriciens de la psychosociologie (Lawrence et Lorsch, Lewin, Asch, ...).Son approche est pratique et permet d'éviter des erreurs qui font que trop souvent :- les participants à ces réunions ont le sentiment de perdre leur temps,- elles débouchent sur des consensus pauvres,- s'y élaborent des plans d'actions dont on sait qu'ils ne s'appliqueront pas- trop de sujets restent tabous.L'alternance de présentations courtes et claires des travaux des théoriciens, des leçons qu'en tirent les auteurs et d'exemples de mises en pratiques, rendent ce livre agréable à lire et très utile.
